Yves Ballu is born 4 February 1943. He is writer, a specialist in the history of the mountaineering. An engineer, Ph. D., Yves Ballu is a director of communications of French<\/p>\n

Commissariat \u00e0 l’\u00e9nergie atomique (CEA) but it is best known for his work in the mountains and mountaineering. He is a longtime adviser to the mountains in the French Ministry of Youth and Sports.<\/p>\n
